• Deposits: Non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
• Final Payments: Due 30 days prior to departure. Failure to pay may result in cancellation.
• Cancellations by Customer: Subject to cancellation fees as detailed in our Cancellation Policy.

3. Cancellations and Refunds

Online Via Tours reserves the right to cancel or modify tours due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to, force majeure events, insufficient participant numbers, or safety concerns. 4. Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend that all travelers purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This insurance should cover trip cancellation, interruption, medical emergencies, evacuation, and baggage loss. Online Via Tours is not responsible for any costs incurred due to lack of adequate travel insurance.

5. Participant Responsibilities

Participants are responsible for:

• Ensuring they possess all necessary travel documents (passport, visas, etc.).
• Complying with all local laws and regulations of Switzerland.
• Informing Online Via Tours of any medical conditions or special needs.
• Adhering to the instructions of tour guides and staff for safety and enjoyment.

6. Limitation of Liability

Online Via Tours acts as an agent for airlines, hotels, and other service providers. We are not liable for any loss, damage, injury, delay, or irregularity that may be occasioned through the acts or omissions of such providers, or for natural disasters, political instability, or other circumstances beyond our control. Our liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the services in question.
